Crowborough Opticians was forced to reluctantly make this short notice decision, due to an ongoing dispute with the landlord.
The practice has been taking continuous legal advice.
For legal reasons Crowborough Opticians is unable to provide detailed information on this matter.
As an overview, the landlord has acted and continues to act unlawfully, which has left the business in an impossible situation. The business could no longer operate productively at the current premises.
Crowborough Opticians would like to reassure all of its customers and the local community that business continues to thrive.
Despite the move, it is business as usual for the practice. Please bare with us for a short period whilst we adjust and settle in.
Rest assured, we’ll continue to offer the same innovative equipment, and excellent range of high quality spectacles, along with a professional, friendly and caring service.
We consider this a positive stepping stone, a temporary move (which could be up to a year), until we find suitable new premises for our forever home.
